THERAPEUTIC
BODYWORK SESSIONS

Over the last ten years my bodywork sessions have developed into a unique blend of massage, energy healing and mind-work. I have found that using these together in one combined therapy session results in a very deep, hugely beneficial treatment that enables healing of body, mind and spirit. Every session is tailored to the horse in question, his or her history and current circumstances and lifestyle. Rebalancing and clearing energy whilst manually massaging the horse enables physical and psychological healing on a profound level: energy blocks are cleared at the same time as the physical discomfort is worked on.

Psychological issues often impact, or even cause, physical issues, so treating both is crucial for deep healing. Using energetic mind-work also aids intuition and communication, helping to find the root cause of an issue, whether psychological or physical. It means that I can tell how an area is feeling and the level of discomfort the horse is experiencing so that it can be treated accurately. A therapeutic bodywork session can also enable a horse who is resistant to being touched enjoy a massage. It can go as slow or fast as the horse is comfortable with and because energy is used it is easier to judge when the horse is relaxed enough to progress through the session.

  • Promotes deep relaxation and calm

  • Relieves stress and anxiety
